Five reference layouts, one keyplan
The published developer PDFs separate interior and exterior areas and identify the floors for each layout. These are reference drawings. The May 2026 priced inventory uses different areas, so a price and a lettered plan must be reconciled for the specific residence.
| Plan | Bedrooms | Baths | Interior SF | Exterior SF | Floors |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| A | 3 | 3.5 | 2,120 | 203 | Levels 8 to 38 |
| B | 2 | 2.5 | 1,452 | 134 | Levels 8 to 33 |
| C | 2 | 2.5 | 1,345 | 124 | Levels 8 to 33 |
| D | 3 plus den | 3.5 | 2,263 | 396 | Levels 8 to 38 |
| E | 4 plus den | 4.5 | 2,765 | 303 | Levels 34 to 38 |
Plan D has 143 SF more interior space than Plan A, but its terrace is 193 SF larger. That outdoor difference is larger than the interior difference. If terrace use matters, compare both columns before treating these as two similar three-bedroom homes.
Open the developer plans
Registration opens the five residence sheets and the keyplan. The keyplan is a building layout guide, not an additional residence type.
The developer identifies these as conceptual drawings with approximate measurements. Plans can change and an example may not depict the actual residence.
Match the drawing to the release
One-bedroom plus den
The May 2026 price sheet includes 868 SF residences. A matching one-bedroom drawing is not in this published PDF set; request it with the current unit list.
Revised areas
The price sheet lists two-bedrooms at 1,331 or 1,472 SF, three-bedrooms at 2,304 SF and four-bedrooms plus den at 2,763 SF. Those figures differ from these PDFs.
Before comparing value
Confirm the unit number, current interior area, exterior area and plan revision together. Use the current interior area consistently when comparing prices per square foot.
